Children of the Law of One Diet
It is important to feed both the physical and the spiritual body with energy. Feeding the
physical body will also have effects on the energetic body. Every body is different, and
every diet needs to be adjusted for a given body. What is perfect for one person may be
detrimental to another.
An important part of selecting your own perfect diet is that you should approach your body
with the right attitude. Instead of seeing your body as you, see you body as a vehicle in
which the real you ‘rides’ in and lives in and is a vehicle for God/the Inner
Being to work through. When you embrace that attitude towards your body, and use your free
will to eat accordingly, you will know what to eat for maximum health, and be able to choose
a perfect diet for your body at any given time.
Basic dietary guidelines
-
Eat foods that are as pure as possible in as natural a state as possible (mostly raw) (organic).
- Balance your intake of acid and alkaline forming foods to 80% alkaline to 20% acid.
- Don’t mix fruits and vegetables.
- Don’t mix sweets and starches.
- Minimize how many different foods you eat at one meal (try to keep it to three)
- Eat foods grown as locally as possible.
- Eat only when you are really hungry.
- Chew very well.
- Drink pure water.
- Relax. Don’t eat when you’re tense or upset.
- Eat about two-thirds of what would normally make you full. An excess of nutritional elements in the system becomes toxic.
Vegetarianism, to be or not to be?
The question: Vegetarian, to be or not to be? The answer to that is really quite complex.
There are spiritual considerations as well as health considerations - pro and con.
The Children’s teachings promote vegetarianism, but there are exceptions. It depends
mostly on what your body needs, not what your desires are. We highly recommend you read
Jon Peniel’s book “The Lost Teachings of Atlantis” for more information on this topic.
