Forms of meditation
Meditation is one of the most important things you can do for your spiritual growth.
The constant stream of thoughts most people experience is there to block the truth coming from our Inner Voice. Meditation can
help us to overcome that block by developing a silent, obedient and peaceful
state of mind in which we can be truly creative and listen to the voice of our
Inner Being (intuition) and thus communicate with God.
To find the meditation that fits best with
your individual needs we have included some of the most popular
forms of meditation as well as some of the lesser known but valuable meditation techniques.
As with everything else, use your intuition to find the meditation technique
that feel the best to you.
Meditations of the Children of the Law of One
According to the Children of the Law of One, these meditations were developed
at a time when we all possessed a higher consciousness
to assist in staying in or regaining contact with Universal Consciousnes
(the consciousness of oneness with God). They are therefore still as valuable today
as they were thousands of years ago. For more information we suggest reading the
book The Lost Teachings of Atlantis.
